Man stripped, chained and dragged to court by cops in Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal, Oct 6 (Bhaskar News) : In a grisly incident, an accused was allegedly stripped, chained and dragged by cops to a district court in Gandhi Nagar area of Madhya Pradesh on Sunday. Reports say that the man lost consciousness when he was made to stand before the judge in court.

The man was in a semi-naked condition, immobilized, with his hands tied behind his back when he was produced in the district court, add reports. He has been sent to judicial remand.

Madhya Pradesh Police has justified the barbaric act by saying that the suspect was a habitual offender, with over 19 cases against him. He has been booked under Arms Act after he brandished a sword to threaten people yesterday.

The station officer of Gandhi Nagar PS has been quoted as saying that the youth was also a drug addict and used to create nuisance in the area occasionally.

Congress has sought an explanation from home minister Rajnath Singh.

Mr. Shiva Shetty, Dubai,: You read the news properly. The news is, it happened in District Court in Gandhi Nagar Area of Madhya Pradesh. Does Madhya Pradesh comes in West Bengal District. Do not show your ignorance here. What a pity?.

Torturing a man by the cops is not acceptable, including in the court area. The District Court must take action against the Police for violating the human rights of the accused. Jai Hind.

I strongly condemn this act of the police, who should be dismissed forthwith from the service. If this has happened in public, just imagine what would have happened inside the police custody? SACK SACK SACK

Oh, atlast the paid media has found some 'negative' news from a BJP ruled state to publish.
Dont worry guys BJP ruled states are zero crime states, sabhi ke sabhi, dudh ke dhule hai. All crimes happen only in non-BJP ruled states. That is it, right ?
How come this news did not get filtered/stopped by Feku's corporate friend's media ?
