Mangalore, Sep 27: Bandhavya, a federation of NGOs of Mangalore diocese is organizing a workshop on "Right to Information Bill" at CODP-ISD Hall at Nanthoor here on Thursday September 28 morning.

Bishop Aloysius Paul D'Souza of Mangalore would preside over while ZP president Mamata Gatti will inaugurate the annual celebration. 

Dr Unnikrishnan, a well-known Human Rights Activist, Dr Ravindranath Shanbhog, activist, Consumer Forum and social activist Harsha D'Souza will be the resource persons on the occasion.
