Mangalore, Sep 12: The Kadri Shri Krishna Janmashthami Samiti will organizing various programmes at Kadri temple premises on Sep 14 and 15 on the eve of Krishna Janmashthami.
The 37 mosaru Kudike will be held on Thursday and Friday. The idol of Lord Krishna will be taken out in a procession from Gopalakrishna Math to Kadri temple in the evening which will be accompanied by tableaux and performance by artistes.
Briefing the press on the same vice president of the committee Sukhakar Rao Pejavar said that the religious ceremonies will be presided over by Kadri Temple Administrator A J Shetty.
Minister in-charge for DK district Nagaraj Shetty and District Kannada Sahitya Parishat President Pradeep Kalkura will take part in the programme.
Artist Krishna Gopal Shet will be felicitated on the occasion.
