Bangalore, Sep 10: The KCA Bangalore celebrated Montifest as part of its annual general meeting held on Sunday,September 10, in the Catholic Club premises here.
The programme began with Holy Mass in Kokani celebrated by Frs Stanley Coelho and John Noronha. The children showered flowers and the corn brought from Mangalore was blessed and distributed to the congregation.
FrStanley in his homily stressed on female folks to be courageous to face the world as an example to others. Dr Pat Pinto conducted the choir with traditional Mangalorean hymns.
At the AGM, Joe Prabhu was elected pPresident, Avis Deans vice president, Roshan Menezes secretary and Daphne Mendens treasurer. The meeting ended with fellowship and lunch.
