Aseemanand gets bail in Samjhauta blast case

Chandigarh, Aug 28 (IANS): The Punjab and Haryana High Court Thursday granted bail to Hindu leader Swami Aseemanand in the Samjhauta train blast case.

Aseemanand and three others were facing trial in a special National Investigating Agency (NIA) court in Haryana's Panchkula town near here.

Aseemanand was charged for his role in the Samjhauta Express link train blast Feb 18, 2007 at Diwana village near the industrial town of Panipat, 160 km from here, in Haryana.

The suitcase bombing took place in two bogies of the train. Sixty eight people, majority of them Pakistani nationals, died in the blast.

Aseemanand, a member of the right-wing Hindu group Abhinav Bharat, was arrested in the Mecca Masjid blast in Hyderabad in which 14 people were killed in 2007.

    BJP had two election manifestos. First one which was published and circulated during election campaign was not for implementation, it was just show off. The real manifesto which is for implementation is different. (a) Destroy all the old records to change the Indian history, which was already done in the first month itself. They will rewrite the history, and N R Godse will be projected as patriot and freedom fighter for future generation.
    Modi promised to give fitting reply to Pakistan during election campaign and criticized MMS for not being aggressive, but what now, why he is silent. What happened to 56 inch chest? His party people visit Pakistan and meet Hafiz Saeed, the most wanted terrorist by India. Terrorists is a terrorist, whoever he/she may be, whichever religion they belong, they deserve death penalty as done by Congress government in case of Afzal Guru and Ajmal Kasab, but now terrorists are being given bail. For some BJP supporters, only minorities are terrorists, and if it is done by Chaddies, it is an act of patriotism.
    Prior to election, I used to see comments in Daijiworld on black money, now who is stopping Modi government to bring back black money. Why these chaddi supporters are silent on black money now?

For your kind info when NDA came to power with just 29% vote share in entire India, they got 330 odd Seats and your CONGiss got only 56 Seats with all moral secular Political Parties….. Just imagine if these accused came out before the election means CONGiss wiped out completely according to you in that case correct? When Israelis kills Palestinians it was correct, when Paki Soldier kills Indian Soldier it was holy work but when any Indian kills any Pakistani means great human loss correct? Yes we need to condemn killing of innocents but it is nothing but collateral damage only like we lost many innocents people in Mumbai Attack like arsons…

    Only charge sheeted by NIA but not proved yet even after keeping them in the jail for 7 years why? It shows how UPA handled the case when it comes to Hindu right-wing groups. If they belong to some other groups of other community same people might have asked for the compensation for their detention too like Karnataka Government did when cattle thieves died in the encounter offered 10 Lakhs rupees whereas when one such Law Enforcing Agent died in the encounter they offered him 2 Lakhs rupees only

    Guys other thing do not complain or send a negative comments if Aseemanand is given a bail, because Rashid Malbari also was grated bail for his terrorist and murderer's act by our own Karnataka Court.
