British parliamentarians visit the Taj


Agra, Aug 21 (IANS): A 28-member delegation of British parliamentarians Thursday visited the Taj Mahal and Dayalbagh eco-village.

Dayalbagh is the spiritual headquarter of the Radhasoami faith.

The delegation was led by Mark Pawsey, member of the British House of Commons.

The delegation is here to promote the sport of Rugby in India as well as increase the opportunities for trade and tourism, Shabd Mishra, programme coordinator, told IANS.
