Bangalore, Aug 17 : Sharan starrer 'Adhyaksha' has done excellent business in the box office. The small budget film collected Rs 1.5 crore on its first day. This is the highest collection ever for a Sharan film.
The comedian turned actor has acted in four films until now as the hero. His first three films 'Rambo', 'Victory' and 'Jailalitha' have done well in the box office.
'Adhyaksha' is directed by Nandakishore of 'Victory' fame. The music for the film is given by Arjun Janya. Ravishankar, Chikanna and Raksha also play pivotal roles in the film.
The film is expected to do well in coming days and continue Sharan's successful run in the box office.
