New Delhi, Aug 3: The Delhi police on Thursday filed a chargesheet in Patiala House court against Rahul Mahajan, son of slain Bhartiya Janta Party leader Pramod Mahajan in the drug abuse case.

Seven persons, including three Nigerian nationals, would be facing trial in the case.

The accused have been charged under Section 21, 27A, 25, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS Act) and Section 201, 120B of the IPC.
