Exchange old furniture to make underprivileged smile

New Delhi, May 15 (IANS): Spread joy and cheer by giving away your old furniture to deprived people in rural areas in exchange for special offers and discounts at a home store.

FabFurnish.com has tied up with NGO GOONJ to help the underprivileged beautify their homes by way of donated old furniture.

The FabFurnish Exchange Offer will enable the donors to avail discounts on the e-store’s new range of furniture at its partner showrooms in Gurgaon, Bangalore and Faridabad.

The campaign is valid only at the partner showrooms of FabFurnish.com, and every piece of old furniture can be redeemed for certain exchange credit points that will be adjusted in the placed order.

Delhi-based NGO, GOONj, collects items like clothes, books, toys and furniture and relief material from urban cities, sorts it and sends it to people in remote parts of the country as part of its various initiatives.

The campaign is valid on beds, sofa sets, wardrobes and dining table sets. Once donated, the furniture cannot be returned. A nominal fee of Rs.500 will be charged for furniture pickup from home.

The campaign will run till May 18 with special terms and conditions.
