Netxcell appoints sales, marketing head for West Africa


yderabad, May 14 (IANS): Telecom technology solutions provider Netxcell has appointed Abimbola Kazeem, a Nigerian, to its core team in Africa.

Based in Nigeria, Kazeem will head the sales and marketing operations of Netxcell in West Africa.

Netxcell plans to strengthen its foothold in Africa, and Kzeem's appointment comes in as part of the company's strategy to strengthen its local connect in Africa. Netxcell is currently present in six countries namely Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, Tanzania, Cameroon, and Burundi and provides services to major telecom operators in Africa, said a company release.

Kazeem will be responsible for Netxcell's entire marketing operations in West Africa and will play a key role in devising strategic local marketing channels for the brand.
