Panaji, Jun 8: It was a unique protest by BJP's youngest legislator in Goa to oppose price hike in petrol and diesel, that stole the show in this coastal state.

Riding on the bullock cart, BJP legislator Damodar Naik, on Tuesday went around in south Goa's margao city, 33 kms away from here.

Naik was accompanied by around 100 BJP workers, who participated in the morcha. Bullock cart was later taken to building which houses office of District Collector.

"We have no other option... With such a price hike by Congress-led government people will have to revert back to their old mode of transport like bullock carts," Naik commented while addressing a gathering.
