Shimla, Feb 20 (IANS): Himachal Pradesh is probing a complaint against the vice-chancellor of an agricultural university over his fake educational documents, Agriculture Minister Sujan Singh Pathania said in the assembly Thursday.
The governor's secretariat has forwarded a complaint against the vice-chancellor of Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Agriculture University in Palampur in Kangra district to the government, he said in a written reply.
A complaint from the deputy secretary of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research was also received Feb 10, the minister said.
"A report in this regard has been sought from the department concerned," Pathania added.
