Ready to expose Gadkari and his five more scams:Anjali Damania

Nagpur, Feb 17 PTI: Maharashtra irrigation scam whistle-blower and AAP nominee Anjali Damania today said she is determined to take on BJP heavyweight Nitin Gadkari from Nagpur Lok Sabha constituency here, in order to keep exposing his corrupt ways and alleged involvement in many more scams.

"I was reluctant to fight a poll earlier because of my small kids but in the changing scenario, when AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal gave away his chair of Delhi Chief Minister to fight corruption in the country, how can I sit back home ? Hence, I agreed to the party nomination," Damania told PTI.

"In 2011, I had exposed Gadkari's nexus with NCP chief and Union Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar, and since then I have collected enough material to expose his five more scams..Now I am ready to face and fight him in the 2014 LS polls," Damania said.

In her first full-fledged interview, Damania said she is aware that were will be a lot of mud-slinging (in the coming days) and therefore she is braced for a vicious campaign.Damania, who blew the lid off the multi-crore irrigation scam, is now all set to root out corrupt leaders from politics. "Our fight is against corruption and we want to bring a change and now is the time to begin and bring it," she said.

"They (BJP) are accusing me of being an outsider (for Nagpur) but I belong to Maharashtra and India. When Rahul Gandhi can fight from Amethi constituency why can't I fight from Nagpur," she asked.

The 44-year-old RTI activist had accused the former BJP President of being hand-in glove with Sharad Pawar to suppress the alleged irregularities related to the irrigation projects in the state.

Damania had also alleged that when she approached Gadkari to seek help in filing a PIL in the scam, Gadkari refused to help. "Now our goal is to clean the system, rout criminals and corrupt politicians from this country... for which AAP is likely to field 300 or more candidates in the forthcoming general elections," she said.

Besides, AAP will soon come out with its governance programme without limiting itself to the agenda of fighting corruption, she said.

To a question, Damania said she will launch her election campaign from February 21 in Nagpur and her party chief Arvind Kejriwal will certainly come for electioneering when the poll schedule is announced.

If AAP, like transparent and honest party can manage to win elections by the sheer support of any common Indian persons then ti is good. And AAP needs very little money to prepare for any type of election in a short time period.

AAP is not spending any Tax Payers money, but the common Tax Payers are contributing towards the necessary needful expenditure of the election of the AAP.

So, Greedy like Ambanis' or corrupt like any other Indian politician's money and power is not sought after by the AAP.

A few more industrialists like Bajaj Co. TATA Co. Godreje Co. the cement typhoon Birla's co. and many more, you know them better than me, must be shivering in their pants and having sleepless nights. Yes, the rise of the AAP, the barbarians for the Corrupt and greedy, the future is going to be very tough for these, heartless guys. JAI HO COMMON MAN KI!!!!!!!!!

Around 2004 and 2005 Reliance Petroleum project started in the state[Country]. Reliance petrol pumps were selling petrol at Rs 53 per liter. Whereas the government controlled HP or IBP petrol pumps were selling petrol at Rs 43 per liter. Since Reliance petrol was costly people stopped buying from them. Immediately Reliance petrol pumps fell idle and still they are there idle, wherever they were started.

The reason is that, Reliance immediately bought all the existing government controlled petrol pumps and began playing the game of raising the petrol prices and as a result what the Reliance company had invested in purchasing and setting up millions of petrol pumps got back and now the Ambanis are fleecing the common man by raising the prices of fuel. Natural gas, diesel and petrol are fully controlled by Reliance. Poor fellow Mr Veerappa Moily knows very little about this and if he knows, he doesn't speak against it.

Therefore, now, Mr Arvind Kejriwal is after these corrupt and greedy, hungry and fat industrialists and fattest politicians. Mr Nitin Gadkari, Mr Modi and many congressmen are bought by rich industrialists. The entire political system itself is funded by such Reliance companies.

If Anjali Damania is going to do some exposing of Mr N Gadkari, it is good and the corrupt politicians must be defeated in the country and must be persecuted, charge sheeted and sent to KALA PANI to rot there forever.

How much a common man can tolerate??????? Now AAP is the Alternative party to choose, to vote to power. Jai Ho AAPki and Bharat ki!!!!!!!!

Jude for your kind information: Out of 70 seats Delhi assembly , BJP won 31, AAP 28 and Cong 8. Since there is no majority BJP declined to form a government. In 70 seats assembly 36 required to form the government. AAP received invitation to form the government, but they were also not ready to take anybody’s support. In this situation Congress came ahead to give unconditional support to AAP. Later AAP went to the public to take the opinion. And as per public opinion (Common people) AAP formed the government with the support of Congress. The public opinion was until congress support for your agenda you continue your government.
Lokpal was the first promise by AAP and for this bill both Congress and BJP didn’t support AAP, and as public instructed to AAP before forming the government AAP took the decision to quit. BJP and Congress didn’t support because once if bill passed both party’s corrupt people will be inside the prison for life time.
Moreover, Central was insisting to Delhi govt. bill cannot be passed unless central govt.’s approval. And it is not written in the constitution as per Mr. Kejriwal.
So, AAP left only one option to enter Parliament to form a central government and not to stop Delhi assembly to pass lokpal bill after assembly re-election.
Now where from where it came question Run way?

My dear friend, AAP passed many bills during their 49 days stay which were sent to the LG for prior approval. Therefore, what is wrong in sending the Jan lok pal bill to the LG? Why did Kejriwal only realise that it is unconstitutional to get LG's approval only with the Janlok pal bill? where did did principles disappear earlier for other bills. Both the congress and BJP said that they would support the Jan lok pal bill once the established norms are followed and this would have taken another month at the most. Then the Jan lok pal could have been passed unanimously. This is just a Kejriwal tamasha. Unfortunately, his blind followers refuse to accept this.

I am not a supporter of corrupt politicians or civil servants and that includes people like Yeddy, Jaganmohan Reddy, A Raja, Gadkari, Jayalalitha, Bansal, Ashok Chauhan, Kalmadi etc. But AAP has the habit of just putting up names and accusing people without proof. They feel just by naming people their job is done and their blind followers simply lap up over accusations, even before a person is tried and convicted. There may be many politicians who are honest, but are named by holier than thou people like Kejriwal, Bhushan and gang at some press meet. This is wrong.

It would be better for a person like Bhushan to clear his own name first as he and his family are also involved in many cases related to land illegally acquired. When members of the AAP are named they cry foul and say these are conspiracies, but they should remember that the same also applies to their opponents. Let them therefore get complete proof and simply not name people recklessly.

AAP has awakened people that there is a strong nexus between Congress and BJP in creating artificial shortage & GAS PRICING DEAL & Telangana.
It is like when one party indulged in corruption, the opposition party is taking care of it. Occasionally voicing concern about corruption, but DOING NOTHING BEYOND THAT, and then opposition get to rule, they too indulge in corruption and the other party is covering them off.

They passed many bills before they brought in this Jan lok pal bill and many of these bills were sent to the LG for approval. What happened to his principles then? Why did he not object then and say it was unconstitutional to get prior approval from the LG for any bill? why did he not bring this unconstitutional dialogue for all the other bills?. If he was serious about Jan Lokpal bill he could have been patient for a month or two and waited for the LG's approval and then introduced it. Would the heaven's have fallen in 1- 2 months? Don't you see double standards and motives behind this move. He resigned only because he is hungry for the PM's chair and he has realised that he has enough support of gullible and front bencher people like you who think life is like a super hero Amitabh movie, were a super hero Kejriwal will solve all your problems. According to Ms. Damania her father was in the RSS, so she was brought up in an anti-corruption atmosphere...! Her problem with Gadkari, not with BJP!! Though she is now with AAP, one can imagine in the event of hung parliament where she will tilt...!!

He is a common man, No money power, No muscle power, But He is a Graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, and qualified with Civil Services Examination. Thereafter bureaucrat.. Worked for the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) as a Joint Commissioner in the Income Tax Department. He won Ramon Magsaysay Award for Emergent leadership in 2006 for his contribution to the enactment of the Right to Information Act. After resigning from the IRS, he donated his Magsaysay award money as a corpus fund to found an NGO, Public Cause Research Foundation.

And now he scarified CM chair for good cause. We need a person like him to lead our country. He is Mr. Aravind Kejriwal.
