New Delhi, Feb 3 (IANS): Justice R.M. Lodha of the Supreme Court Monday mocked at media reports that he was among the three senior judges short-listed for the post of country's first Lokpal under the Lokpal and Lokayukta Act.
"I have not even demitted office. They have named me in the race for Lokpal," Justice Lodha said in court here while hearing a public suit.
