Police in Bigg Boss 7 house to question Armaan Kohli

Mumbai, Dec 16: Acting on a complaint registered by former Bigg Boss 7 housemate Sophia Hayat at Santa Cruz police station on Wednesday, the police seem to have turned up at the doorstep of Bigg Boss to look into the matter. The British actress-singer, who was recently evicted from the Bigg Boss house has been relentlessly pursuing her quest for justice against Armaan Kohli for the violent behaviour he meted out to her on the reality show.

The police have apparently asked to look into the tapes for the duration of Sophia Hayat's stay on the show in order to gauge the degree of authenticity that can be attached to Hayat's claim and to determine the innocence of Armaan Kohli.

Sophia experienced the fights, misunderstandings and confrontations, that the show is synonymous with as did the other contestants, including the wrath of Armaan Kohli, that was unleashed on all upon occasion. Considering that her contract stated there shouldn't be any violence or personal remarks of any kind, Sophia focused on making Armaan answerable for his aggressive conduct. She posted on Twitter that she found the staff at the Santa Cruz police station to be professional and courteous.

At a press conference soon after the actress revealed that it was now a priority for her to see Armaan Kohli removed from the house and the competition. She also added that she would discuss with her legal team the need to sue the Colors channel that telecasts the show for breach of contract.

Sophia had gotten into a fight with Armaan during her final week in the house, for bringing a bucket of dirty water and splashing it on the car in which most of the housemates were seated in a bid to become the next captain of the house. Armaan took offence to the fact that the water would splash on to his closest housemate Tanishaa Mukherji and stepped in and grabbed the stick end of the mop in order to stop her from throwing more water on the car and the contestants. Sophia got hurt in the process and she claimed that the wound she bore was deliberately inflicted by a vindictive Armaan.
