Lindsay not at fault, says Barron Hilton's attacker

Los Angeles, Dec 9 (IANS): The man who allegedly assaulted socialite Paris Hilton's brother says actress Lindsay Lohan had nothing to do with the attack.

TMZ.com reports that a representative for Ray Lemoine claims his fists only started flying after Barron refused to leave the house and that Paris' younger brother got physical first.

Lemoine had reportedly been renting the house for a few days and allowed Lindsay to stay there because she was a friend of a friend, but claims Barron got upset when Lemoine asked him to leave after the party Friday morning.

The representative claims Barron pulled the "do you know who I am card", but Lemoine didn't care, so he pushed him and that's when things got violent.

Post the incident, Barron told the police that Lemoine attacked him at Lindsay's behest but the representative says Lemoine is adamant Lindsay had nothing to do with his actions.
