New Delhi, Dec 6 (IANS): The capital will host an Israeli Film Festival starting Saturday. Six critically acclaimed films will be screened as part of the event.
The Embassy of Israel is hosting the event at the India Habitat Centre here.
The first movie to be screened will be "To Take a Wife", a story of tradition, love and fear of the future which takes place in Israel of the late 1970s.
On Sunday, "Yellow Asphalt", a film on forbidden love affairs, loyality and betrayal, can be watched.
Next week, Dec 11, movie buffs can catch up on "Campfire", the story of a young widow, who is a mother of two teenage daughters, while a day later documentary film "The Rolling Story of In Jerusalem" will be screened.
On Dec 26, psychological thriller "Time of Favour" will be screened, and "There were Nights" will wrap up the fest Dec 30.
All the screenings will take place at 7 p.m.
