Mangalore, Apr 16: The Catholic Sabha unit of St Sebastian's Church, Bendur has completed 10 years this year. The decennial celebrations were held on Sunday April 16 evening at 6 pm at the Platinum Jubilee Hall, Bendur.
Noted orthopedician and Konkani writer Dr Edward L Nazareth was the chief guest of the programme. The programme was presided over by Clifford Leo D'Souza.
'Ankuar Saibinn Ghorant Ieta', a play written and directed by Victor Rodrigues Angelore was staged on the occasion as part of the decennial celebration. Skits by Simon and Kenny and dances by Deepak and troupe were part of the cultural programmes.
During the stage function, secretary Veera pinto, president Clifford Leo dsouza, Dr Edward Nazareth, parish priest Fr Peter Noronha and Herald D'Souza were on the dais.
