Visiting rehab was must for Colin Farrell

Los Angeles, Nov 29 (IANS): Actor Colin Farrell says that it had become important for him to visit a rehabilitation centre back in 2005 because he feared that his addiction would leave him out of job.

The 37-year-old entered rehab in December 2005 for addiction to recreational drugs and painkillers. The actor believes he was becoming "unhireable", reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"I wouldn't have been able to maintain my life. The inside of rehab was a must-see for me at that stage. I was in a bad place. I'm sure I was becoming somewhat unhireable," said Farrell.
