Barlow not worried about losing out to One Direction

London, Nov 24 (IANS): Singer Gary Barlow's new single and One Direction's latest album are set for the same day release, but the former is not worried about the competition.

While Barlow will try to entice the listeners with his single "Since I saw you last", One Direction members Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Niall Horan will treat millions of their teenage fans with their third studio album "Midnight Memories".

“I didn't realise I was going up against One Direction at first. When I found out, I thought, Jesus, I have no chance. Though to be honest, I'm not worried about losing out to them," dailystar.co.uk quoted Barlow as saying.

However, winning is not Barlow's priority right now as he just wants to have a good Christmas.

“I don't worry about things like that. My concern is I would like it to stay high in the charts until Christmas and have a good Christmas campaign," said Barlow.
