Udupi, Apr 3: George Joseph (57) took over as the new Executive Director (ED) of Syndicate Bank on Saturday April 1.
Before taking over as Syndicate Bank ED, he was the general manager of zonal office of Canara Bank Chennai zone. George Joseph will continue as the ED of Synd Bank for the coming 3 years.
He carries with him a vast experience of 37 years in banking sector. He had joined Canara Bank in the year 1969. Since then he has rendered services in various branches at Cochin, Bangalore, New Delhi, Chennai, Srinagar etc. He has also has the experience of working as administrative officer of exchange company in foreign land.
