Clear day ahead for Delhi


New Delhi, Nov 9 (IANS): It was a nippy Saturday morning in Delhi with the minimum temperature recorded two notches below season's average at 12.4 degrees Celsius. The Met Office has forecast a clear day ahead.

"There was shallow fog in the morning, but the skies will remain clear throughout the day," an official of the India Meteorological Department said.

The maximum temperature will hover around 25 degrees Celsius, added the official.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 98 percent.

Friday's maximum temperature was recorded four notches below the season's average at 25.3 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature settled at 14.5 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the year.
