Mumbai, Oct 20: Putting all speculations about his health to rest, megastar Amitabh Bachchan on Sunday stated in his blog that he was getting better and that he has continued to work as usual.

Appreciating people's support and affection, Bachchan, who turned 71 earlier this month, said that their concern for him had reached an 'unjustified proportion, undeservingly'.

Big B has been unwell for the past few days, but in his blog he said that 'more has been attributed to it (reports about his health condition) than was factually correct'.

"I am getting better by the day... But your concern is legitimate, and I do appreciate your fond get wells," he wrote.

On October 14, Bachchan had said that he was suffering from fever and stomach infection, but from October 17 he was back to shoot for  "Kaun Banega Crorepati".

"Work continues... So did an ad shoot for a client (on Saturday) and had a surprise visit by Priyanka Chopra who was shooting next door... looking stunning as ever! And when that was over, by 9 drove off to receive a youth encouragement award ceremony by the Society Magazine," he wrote in his post.
