Visiting Malpe beach is always a matter of pleasure. If well maintained, this beach can be a much hotter tourist spot.

The centuries-old Vadabhandeshwar temple on Thottam road and St Mary's Isles a few kilometres off the shore are indeed great attractions for visitors.

The original Malpe beach is now part of the fishing harbour and out of bounds for visitors.

So the good old Vadabhandeshwar beach itself is now known as the Malpe beach.

Dayanand Kukkaje, in passing,  paid a visit to this spot earlier this week and found visitors and tourists enjoying themselves.

These pics don't need captions. The mood says everything.

If you are around Mangalore anytime, don't miss this lovely spot.  Do travel northwards to Udupi and Malpe.
