Bantwal, Mar 14: In another fatal accident near B C Road here, one Sarita Anita D'Silva of Derebail was killed on Monday March 14.

Anita was on her way to B C Road from Bantwal along with her husband Vijay Patrick and one and half year child Viola.  They were travelling on a Kinetic Honda when an auto rickshaw rammed into their vehicle from behind at Shantiangadi.  As a result Anita fell on the road and sustained serious injuries.

Though she was admitted to a private hospital at Mangalore, she succumbed to the injuries later.  On the other hand her husband Vijay Patrick and child Viola too have sustained injuries.  They are admitted to a hospital at Mangalore.

Anita hailed from Loretto near here and was given in marriage to Vijay Patrick of Derebail.  On Sunday they had come to Anita's parental house as Vijay Patrick was to leave for abroad, in a couple of days, where he was employed.  Having visited their parental house, they were coming to Mangalore when the accident took place.

The Bantwal town police have registered a case in this regard.
