Los Angeles, Sep 22 (IANS): If sources are to be believed, actress Jennifer Aniston has been trying to conceive a child for more than a year.

The 44-year-old, who is engaged to actor Justin Theroux, initially used to laugh off pregnancy rumours, but apparently Aniston is now sick of such reports, reports showbizspy.com.

"It’s starting to be a source of irritation for Jen," said a source.

“Jen purposely left her work slate clean for the next few months to prepare for motherhood. She puts a brave face on the rumours, but it masks her desperate desire to be a mother," the source added.

    It'll happen. Not just an ob-gyn possibility. It'll happen. If you've postponed Momma Nature for 44 years, she'll make you wait a bit before you turn Momma.
    Hollywood, perhaps for career reasons, is notorious for women bearing children when in their 40s. And it dosen't have to be through IVF or by surrogate. Good old fashioned way: a bit of pain followed by ecstasy expressed ironically in a wail of pain.
    Hang in there. Remember a post-Friends interview, in which you said, "Gee, I could have have a baby in the changing room."
    Well, it doesn't have to be that radical. Just hang in there. Leave the rest to microbio magic.
