Udupi, Feb 25: Hospitality Vision-2006, a two-day symposium organized by the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration (WGSHA), Manipal was inaugurated at a function held at Hotel Valley View on Friday February 25, 2006.

Manipal Academy of Higher Education vice-chancellor Dr H S Ballal inaugurated the symposium. MAHE registrar Dr H Vinod Bhat, WGSHA vice-principal Dilip Singh, chief co-ordinator Prof Tharakan and chief administrator Major General B N Kaul were present.

Taj Ambassador, New Delhi general manager Sandeep Mukherjee, Central Institute of Foreign Languages, Hyderabad John Varghese, ETC Fortune Park, Calicut general manager Muraleedharan, country manager Knight Frank Hospitality and Investment Akshay Kulkarni, Taj Exotica, Goa, manager Chandan Shatpathi, ITC Windsor Manor Sheraton, Bangalore manager Rohit Malik, IHM Hyderabad principal Madhav and The Park, Bangalore general manager Lemuel Herbert were the main speakers.
