Mangalore, Feb 24:  The Pandeshwar police on Thursday February 23, arrested one person selling hemp at the salt jetty near the old port here.

The arrested has been identified as Mohammed Rafiq (35), a resident of Harekala, who had about 250 grams of hemp with him.

Rafiq who was roaming with a bag, was arrested by Pandeshwar sub-inspector Ravishankar and his team, who were on a patrol in the area.
