Udupi, Feb 24: The shooting for "Kadala Mage", a Tulu film produced by fisheries and ports minister Nagraj Shetty and directed by Praveen Tokkkottu began at MGM College near here on Thursday February 23.
It was a good time for the college students to meet the film stars. Some of the students even partook in a particular scene. Surya, the hero of the movie and Sarita Jain, the heroine too were present on the sets of Kadala Mage. Digant of Thirthahally plays the third lead role in the movie. Sandalwood actress Bhavya too plays a cameo character in the movie.
The shooting had begun a few days ago. A few scenes have already been shot at Mattu and Padukere areas in the last few days.
The film is being produced by Nagraj Shetty under the Bhramari Creations banner. S P Chandrakant Mangalore has scored music for the movie.
