'Gori Tere...' completely for masses: Kareena Kapoor

Mumbai, Sep 10 (IANS): The first look of Kareena Kapoor and Imran Khan-starrer "Gori Tere Pyaar Mein" is out, and the actress says the movie is totally for the masses.

She says unlike the 2012 film "Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu", which saw Kareena and Imran on screen for the first time, "Gori Tere Pyaar Mein" is filled with item songs and has a fun quotient about it.

Asked about the experience of working with Imran again, Kareena said: "I think it has been great because I did 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu' with Imran. It was so special. It was slightly English, it was not for the masses, it was a classy film. But this is completely the opposite and is mad."

"It has three to four item songs and it is what everybody would like. I think it is going to be fun. I saw the trailer and (my husband) Saif (Ali Khan) saw the trailer too. He thinks it is fun," she added.

The 32-year-old spoke here Monday at the launch of the new version of the Filmfare magazine. Its new edition features her on the cover.

Meanwhile, the trailer of "Gori Tere Pyaar Mein" was launched Tuesday.

Two posters of the film were released Sep 8.

Directed by Punit Malhotra, "Gori Tere Pyaar Mein" is a Karan Johar production. It will release Nov 22.
