Cooper to give voiceover for 'Guardians of the Galaxy'


Los Angeles, Aug 23 (IANS): Actor Bradley Cooper has reportedly been given an offer to do voiceover for the character of Rocket Raccoon in the upcoming superhero film "Guardians of the Galaxy".

"Guardians of the Galaxy" is Marvel's new space-set comic book movie directed by James Gunn, reports contactmusic.com.

Actor Vin Diesel had previously hinted that he had been snapped up to give voiceover for Groot in the film after he posted a picture of the character on his Facebook page.

Others who will give voiceover in the film are Zoe Saldana, Lee Pace, Benicio del Toro, Karen Gillan, John C. Reilly, Glenn Close and former wrestler Dave Bautista.

"Guardians of the Galaxy" is set to release in August 2014.
