Panaji, Jan 25: The Mapusa police have arrested a man for allegedly raping his 18-year-old daughter continously for 25 days.

Police have arrested Uttar Pradesh native Lalman Nabhik Chowdhary, who was currently residing in Goa at Mapusa and runs a pan shop.

According to the police complaint lodged by his 18-year-old daughter, he kept raping her for the last 25 days since he had brought her from Uttar Pradesh on January 1 earlier this year.

The accused is father of nine children and all other eight children are staying with their mother in Uttar Pradesh.
