Mangalore, Jan 21: Another feather to Konkani’s cap! A new Konkani devotional album by Fr. Alwyn Sequeira of "Sambhram", "Bhagi Kutma" fame was released by Fr. Greg Homeming from Australia during a colorful celebration held at Infant Jesus Shrine at Carmel Hills recently. Introducing the new album Fr. Archibald Gonsalves, rector, Pushpashrama college of Philosophy, Mysore said, "This album will go a long way in comforting and healing a number of devotees who frequent the Shrine everyday.”

                                                                                                               

"Ballok Jezu" a unique album especially prepared for those devotees who struggle to understand the divine will and seek solace and strength from Him in their turmoil and tribulations.

                                                      

 Fr. Alwyn has taken pains to incorporate comforting words from Scriptures and composed the melodious tunes which been sung by 12 noted singers. Praveen Stephen Dutt from Bangalore has scored the music. The album has been recorded in Shravana Sound Studios, Bangalore.
