Mangalore, Jan 21:  Ronald Fredrick D’Souza (38), husband of Rita D’Souza, of Moodushedde near Vamanjoor here, committed suicide by consuming poison on Friday January 20.

Fredrick is said to have been lying on the road after consuming poison, when a few passersby noticed him gasping for life and rushed him to the hospital.  But he died on the way to the hospital.

A complaint has been filed in the Kadri police station by his wife Rita D’Souza.
