Mangalore, Jan 20: Mithun S J D'Souza, son of Edmond D'Souza and Lynette D'Souza has secured All India first place in the National Level CA Students Quiz Competition conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) at Chennai on Tuesday January 10.
He was representing the Southern India Regional Council of the ICAI. The final of the quiz competition was between 5 top teams representing 5 zones of the ICAI. Earlier, the competition was conducted at the branch level comprising 106 branches and then the regional level with winners proceeding to the higher levels.
Mithun is currently pursuing his CA final and doing his articleship at M/s Rodrigues and D'Souza, Chartered Accountants in the city. His father Edmond too is a well-known chartered accountant of the city.
