Bangalore, Jan 5: Two youths, posing as cable TV repairers, stabbed a housewife and robbed her of gold jewellery at her house in Hennur police station limits on Wednesday January 4.

The police said that around 2.15 p.m., two youths knocked on the doors of Savitha Kantharaju on 7th C Cross, Prakaruthi Layout.

They introduced themselves as cable TV repairers and entered the house when she was alone.

They robbed her of four gold bangles and a gold chain.

When she resisted them, the two stabbed her on her arm with a knife, the police said.

The Hennur police have registered a case and are investigating.
