New York, Mar 23 (IANS): Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan won't face charges for allegedly punching a psychic in a New York nightclub.
The 26-year-old actress, who was recently sentenced to 90 days in rehab, won't be prosecuted as a security camera outside the club captured Tiffany Mitchell falling and sustaining the same injuries. She had accused Lohan of causing the injuries.
"Mitchell is very disappointed that the District Attorney has not decided to prosecute Lohan as a result of the incident in New York. Mitchell had two witnesses who spoke to the authority and corroborated what Mitchell alleged to have occurred," femalefirst.co.uk quoted Mitchell's lawyer Gloria Allred.
However, Mitchell isn't planning to give up on prosecuting Lohan completely.
"Mitchell is considering all of her legal options in the civil justice system because of what she suffered that night," said Allred.
