New Delhi, Feb 12 (IANS): The Delhi High Court Monday directed the Income Tax department to defreeze the 11 bank accounts of Patanjali Yogpeeth Nyas, a trust run by Baba Ramdev.

The IT Department had sealed the trust, after it failed to pay the first instalment of Rs.75 lakh out of the total tax of Rs.34.68 crore.

A division bench of Justice Badar Durrez Ahmed and Justice R.V. Easwar said in the order: "We direct the attachment order (of bank accounts) be lifted subject to petitioner (Patanjali Yogpeeth Nyas) paying Rs.2.10 crore (as Income Tax) by March 15."

The bench, refusing to stay the recovery proceedings, asked the Income Tax Commissioner (Appeals) to decide the appeal of Patanjali Yogpeeth by March 31 and disposed of the plea.

The court was hearing the plea filed by the trust challenging the IT department's decision to freeze its 11 bank accounts on Jan 14 after it allegedly failed to pay Rs.75 lakh towards first installment of total tax of Rs.34.68 crore due from it for assessment year 2009-10.

Pleading that it is a charitable organisation and hence exempted from income tax, the Patanjali Yogpeeth also sought a stay on recovery proceedings initiated in pursuance of tax demand notice of Rs.34.68 crore.

During a brief hearing, the counsel appearing for the trust told the court that the "accounts have been attached without prior intimation to the trust".

As the Corrupt Gandhi clan has looted this great country and deceived its innocent people for decades in the name of development, the question which rises in one's mind is why ? The simple reason is because they have no love for this nation, they are just interested in amassing illicit wealth through illegal means so as to secure their future in politics. The biggest evidence of their disloyalty to this nation is despite ruling this country for 55 years, the crime, hunger and poverty has risen. Whatever growth we see in this country is because of the personal effort of the citizens. Look at the infrastructure, look at the outdated legislation still existing to harass the masses, look at the ignorance in masses towards financial system of the country, all the credit goes to Congress and Gandhi clan. On the other hand Swami Ramdev has served the masses and the humanity at large, the proof of which is the sheer following he enjoys despite the whole hearted efforts from the mainstream media to defame him and his Yoga techinque, result of which is that today NASA and HARVARD honour his efforts and acknowledge Yoga and Ayurveda. Swami Ramdev is following the footsteps of Guru Govind Singh, Shivaji, Lord Ram, Lord Krishna and Jesus Christ, all stood up against evil system in their own times and established system of Truth for benefit of the masses. The people should always form image of someone through his actions. Swami Ramdev has no children, he has no wealth held in personal capacity, whatever he has got from the masses, he has invested it for the betterment of the masses, the people worldwide are benefiting from his Yoga and Ayurvedic research, what about Congress, how many people are benefited from their loot ? The masses have awakened. Wait for a few days and everyone is waiting to teach these corrupt goons a lesson.

Every action is governed by though process of an individual. What is corrupting the thought process of the individuals living in so called modern societies? Its the vulgarity in the name of entertainment. It should be banned or people should rise above it. Face it that common man cannot escape the power of lustful thoughts which originate after sensing anything vulgar. We expect the government to act on it. They won't, why? Are they morally upright ? There is no political will to do so, why? If the masses gain strong character then goons cannot rule the world and MNCs cannot rule your mind. The sooner the masses realize this truth the better. Media is also largely controlled by Powerful biggies, what is the purpose of so many news channels? Are they running in profit? Then how are they surviving ? Who is financing them ? Its important to wake up ? Baba Ramdev is the true messiah who has woken up masses and city folks expect the media to endorse him. Isn't it ridiculous. Understand my dear brothers and sisters these media houses are not for charity or raising your issues before the court or the govt. Its a pressure valve instrument which is used to divert attention from real issues and actual truth. I wish someday people in this world will realize this. AUM...

Why is the IT Deptt. harassing such a noble sage who has made billions proud and has served humanity like no other person has ever done before. Whatever issues he has raised are not going to benefit him or his trusts. They are going to benefit the countrymen. HARVARD and NASA has already honoured his contribution, which proves beyond doubt to the intellectual brigade that his Pranayama and Ayurveda concepts are accepted in Scientific fields with utmost respect. What to talk about the foreign media houses occupying the space on Indian television, who are deliberately trying to defame Swami Ramdev, as he exposes the real truth behind MNCs propaganda to run business and deceive the common people worldwide by Mind Control through media and movies, taking an individual away from reality. Swami Ramdev is asking people to have a clear perception of the Truth. Thats hurting the MNC and their native countries. Just see how agencies like CIA funds various NGOs worldwide through FORD FOUNDATION, which is nothing but a financing arm of CIA. The main thing around which everything in this world revolves is FINANCE a.k.a BUSINESS. Common man is fooled by the media, their attention deliberately kept away from the reality. Swami Ramdev is enlightening them. Something which these organisations are wasting their time at is, trying to control the change. Nobody can control this change by controlling Swami Ramdev, as the change is bound to come, its the WILL of the DIVINE. Its better that energies are applied in constructive manner. Majority of the agencies worldwide waste their resources in destructing the other countries, thats the main reason they are going in debt.

Those days are gone when Self style Yoga guru alias Baba Ramadev ill bent on fighting against corruption particularly against Congress leaders. Once he found that himself big corrupted person he stopped all hue's against Congress.
