Kundapur, Aug 24: Onam was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Moodlakatte Nursing College on Saturday, with students, lecturers and staff members participating in the festivities.
The programme was inaugurated by Prof Jennifer Freida Menezes, principal of Moodlakatte Nursing College.
A traditional Thiruvathira dance performed by the students was one of the major highlights of the celebration. Various entertainment and cultural programmes were also organised as part of the festivities.
Anumol, Asif and Heena spoke about the significance of Onam and its cultural importance. Pavithra coordinated the programme, while Aisha Rafeeda compered the event.
