Karkala, Jul 28: The girls team of Christ King English Medium Primary School, Karkala, has qualified for the Udupi district-level table tennis tournament after securing first place in the Karkala taluk-level Primary Division Girls' Table Tennis Championship.
The tournament was organized by the Department of School Education, Government of Karnataka, in association with the Office of the Block Education Officer, Karkala, and Sundara Puranik Memorial High School, Pervaje.
The winning team comprised seventh-grade students Delsia D'Souza, Sachi S Suvarna, Anjani Kamath, and Manvitha K Poojari, whose impressive performance earned them the top honours and a place in the district-level competition.
