Mangaluru, Jul 8: The department of BCom, Institute of Management and Commerce, Srinivas University, organized the participation of its students in the One-Day YouWA (Youths on Weekend at Ashrama) programme on July 4 at Ramakrishna Mission, Mangaluru.

The programme provided students with valuable exposure to the principles of discipline, teamwork, leadership, and social responsibility through activities such as Shramadan (cleanliness drive), team-building games, a treasure hunt, and an inspiring life skills session by Vaishak K P, former assistant professor and director & co-founder of Infinui Knowledge Hub.

The programme concluded with a valedictory session and certificate distribution. The programme was organized under the guidance of Dr Venkatesh S Amin, dean, Institute of Management and Commerce, Prof Sharmila Shetty, head, department of BCom, Prof Yashashwi A Ail, ACCA course coordinator, and Prof Archana S and Prof S Seethalaxmi, NSS coordinators, with the support of the BCom faculty members.
