Mangaluru, Jun 17: The Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University, organised the Professional Personality Walk Competition on 16 June 2026 at the Aviation Campus Open Auditorium. The event was conducted with the objective of enhancing students’ professional appearance, confidence, communication skills, personality development, and industry readiness. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from a total of 50 students representing five teams from the Second Year and Final Year BBA Aviation Management and BBA Aviation and Logistics Management.
The participants showcased their professional grooming, confidence, discipline, body language, and teamwork, reflecting the qualities expected in the aviation industry. The competition featured categories such as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Attire, Cabin Crew Attire, and Manager, HR, Marketing Head, and other Professional Roles Attire, highlighting leadership, corporate etiquette, communication skills, and industry readiness.







After a competitive evaluation by the judging panel, Deepesh and Team from second year BBA Aviation Management and BBA Aviation and Logistics Management were declared the Winners. Akash and Team from second year BBA Aviation Management and BBA Aviation and Logistics Management secured the Runners-up position, receiving appreciation for their impressive participation and teamwork.
The programme was conducted successfully under the guidance and support of the Dr. Pavithra Kumari, Dean, Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University, SWO, HODs, faculty members, student coordinators, volunteers, and staff members of the Institute of Aviation Studies. Their efforts ensured the smooth execution and success of the event.
The Professional Personality Walk Competition served as an enriching experience for students by encouraging them to develop a professional attitude and prepare themselves for future careers in the aviation sector. The event highlighted the importance of personality development as an essential component of career growth and employability. The Institute continues to organize such innovative activities to nurture students’ overall development and bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.
