KEC International bags new orders worth Rs 1,303 crore across multiple sectors

New Delhi, May 27: Infrastructure major KEC International has secured fresh orders worth Rs 1,303 crore across various business verticals in domestic and international markets, the company said on Tuesday.

In a regulatory filing, the RPG Group company stated that its Transmission and Distribution (T&D) business received new project orders across India and the Americas.

The company’s civil business also secured an order related to the construction of a press shop and associated facilities for an automobile manufacturing plant in northern India.

KEC International further said its renewable energy division has won an order for a 150+ MW wind power project in western India from a leading private developer.

Meanwhile, the cables and conductors business has obtained several orders from both Indian and overseas markets.

Commenting on the development, Managing Director and CEO Vimal Kejriwal said the strategic project wins would significantly contribute towards achieving the company’s growth targets in the coming years.

KEC International is a global infrastructure Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company with operations spanning power transmission and distribution, civil infrastructure, transportation, renewable energy, oil and gas pipelines, as well as cables and conductors.
