Hyderabad, May 25: The makers of actor Karthi’s much-anticipated upcoming film, directed by Kalyan Shankar, marked the actor’s birthday by announcing that the project’s shooting is progressing rapidly.

The bilingual Tamil-Telugu entertainer, currently referred to as #Karthi30, is being produced by Sithara Entertainments under the banner of producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi. Actress Meenakshi Chaudhary plays the female lead in the film.

The project was officially launched recently with a traditional pooja ceremony and has already generated strong buzz among fans and industry circles.

Extending birthday wishes to Karthi on social media, Sithara Entertainments shared that the film is shaping up as a completely fresh entertainer. The production house also confirmed that the title and first-look poster will be unveiled soon.

According to sources close to the production, the team is currently busy filming important sequences, with work progressing at a steady pace.

The film has drawn attention for bringing together Karthi’s charismatic screen presence and director Kalyan Shankar’s energetic storytelling style. Industry observers believe the collaboration could deliver a unique commercial entertainer with a fresh narrative approach.
