Panaji, May 22: Panic prevailed at an Ayush Clinic in Ribandar after a portion of the false ceiling and slab collapsed inside the facility on Thursday.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident, averting what could have turned into a major mishap.

According to sources, pieces of the slab fell onto tables and computers inside the clinic, damaging equipment and furniture.

Clinic authorities have informed the Public Works Department regarding the incident and are awaiting inspection and repair work.
