New Delhi, May 12: Transmission infrastructure company Resonia on Tuesday announced the appointment of Aditya Mittal as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Prior to joining Resonia, Mittal spent more than 15 years with Siemens and Siemens Energy. Most recently, he served as Finance Head – Grid Solutions at Siemens Energy.

In his new role, Mittal will report directly to Resonia Chief Executive Officer Prashant Sinha and will be responsible for strengthening the company’s financial operations as it moves into its next phase of growth.

Welcoming the appointment, Sinha said Mittal’s global experience and expertise in handling complex business environments would further strengthen the company’s leadership team.

“His perspective will help us make more informed decisions and strengthen governance as we move forward,” Sinha said.

The appointment comes as Resonia continues to expand its presence in the transmission infrastructure sector and focus on long-term growth and operational efficiency.
