SJEC women’s volleyball team secures fourth place at VTU state-level tournament

Mangaluru, Apr 30: St Joseph Engineering College (SJEC) women’s volleyball team has secured fourth place in VTU State Level Volleyball tournament held at SCEM, Adyar on April 27 & 28 under the guidance of physical education director (PED), Vaneesha V Rodrigues and assistant PED, Sudheer M.

The winning squads featured talented players from UG programmes:

Renika Yathish (6th sem AIML), Nisha Valrie Aranha & Shamitha K V (6th sem CSE), Mithali R Amin & Navita Vinod Shetty (4th sem AIML), Vaishnavi A & Anagha K A (4th sem CSE), Sakshi B (4th sem CSBS) and Blessida Patrick Pinto Sakshi B (2nd sem CSE).

The management of SJEC congratulated the team and the physical education directors for bringing laurels to the institution with this outstanding achievement.
