Goa nurse dies after electrocution while repairing inverter at home

Panaji, Apr 28: A 40-year-old man from Palyem lost his life after suffering an electric shock while attempting to fix an inverter at his residence. The deceased, Swapnesh Parab, was employed as a staff nurse in the operation theatre at North Goa District Hospital.

According to preliminary information, the incident occurred while he was handling the household inverter, during which he was electrocuted. Despite immediate efforts to save him, he could not be revived and was declared dead.

Authorities are treating the case as an accidental death.
