Addressing a rally at Kushmandi in Dakshin Dinajpur district, Modi claimed that the TMC had insulted President Droupadi Murmu during her recent visit to the state. “TMC does not respect tribals or women. When the President visited Bengal, she was insulted,” he alleged.

He further criticised the party’s national presence, stating that it has failed to make electoral gains outside the state. “TMC has neither intent nor policy, which is why it has not succeeded in other states,” he said.

Accusing the ruling party of indulging in corruption and fear-based politics, Modi remarked, “TMC continues to make false allegations against me but cannot account for its work in Bengal over the last 15 years. Its politics of loot, lies and fear will end soon.”

Outlining the BJP’s agenda for women, the prime minister promised enhanced safety, employment opportunities and financial empowerment if the party comes to power. He said large-scale recruitment of women into the police force would be undertaken to strengthen security.

He also asserted that women in BJP-ruled states experience greater safety and improved access to financial independence, adding that financial assistance schemes for women in West Bengal would be doubled under a BJP government.

Modi assured government employees of a fear-free work environment and said those responsible for exploiting youth would be held accountable. He further promised full implementation of the 7th Pay Commission in the state, ensuring revised salary benefits for government staff.

Highlighting the party’s focus on youth, Modi said the BJP is committed to providing stronger institutional support and better opportunities for growth and employment in West Bengal.
