Mumbai, Apr 10: Actor Randeep Hooda and his wife Lin Laishram have shared the first glimpse of their newborn daughter, revealing her name in an emotional social media post.

The couple, who welcomed their baby girl on March 10, introduced her as Nyomica Hooda, a name they said symbolises “divine grace, freedom and a limitless spirit like the sky.”

Along with a series of pictures featuring mother and child, Randeep also shared a touching audio clip in which he is heard affectionately calling out his daughter’s name.

The name holds special significance for the family, having been chosen by Randeep’s sister, Anjali Hooda.

Describing the moment, the couple said naming their daughter was deeply emotional and felt “just right” the instant they heard it. They added that the past month has been life-changing as they embrace their new journey into parenthood.

Randeep and Lin, who made their relationship public in 2022, tied the knot in 2023 in a traditional ceremony at Chumthang Sanapung.
